Want to see a Yellow Diamond?
No, I’m not talking about a Fancy Yellow Diamond, like the Famous “Golden Jubilee Diamond” that’s 545.67 Carats and sits in the Crown Jewels of the Royal Thai Palace…
NOPE!
I’m talking about Low Grade Yellow Colors, like J, K, L and M.
To see Color in a Diamond, all you need to do is to take one of these Diamond Colors and set them Side by Side with a Pure White Stone (Which is Colorless: D, E or F).
It only takes a Second to Spot the Difference!
See For Yourself…
Amazing, isn’t it?
These Diamonds are the Same except for Color.
See Them Here:
What an Eye Opener!
Didn’t think Color would be so Obvious did you?
You really can tell the Difference.
Yellow Stones stand out. And not in a Good Way. They look Dingy, Old, Stained, and Antique.
(Many call this “Warmth“, but I’m not a Big Fan!)
You can Generally start to see Diamond Color in J Color and below.
This is where Poor Yellow Diamonds come into play. But it’s also where the Diamond Saving’s really Begin.
Did you see that $3,000 Price Difference?
Sweet!
And just about every Jump Down in Color will result in Massive Drops in Price…
So you can see a Visual Difference, and Feel a Difference in the Bank!
Some people just want a Big, Clean Stone and Color is not an Issue.
Especially if you put a Yellow Diamond into a Yellow Gold Mounting – This Helps HIDE Diamond Color More!
Now, compare a Low Color Diamond against a Real Fancy Yellow Diamond at James Allen…
Now that’s a Yellow Diamond!
I LOVE Fancy Colored Diamonds (Buy Fancy Yellow Diamonds HERE!)
If you want to Save the Bucks, GO YELLOW!
But, if it doesn’t appeal to you, then stick with G-H or Higher. Or at the very least I Color. I Color is a Middle Grade Color that looks a Little Bit Darker… While G-H are still considered “Fine White” Stones and shouldn’t show Yellow at all.
Personally, I LOVE Pure White Diamonds (Like these Stones HERE!)
I like how Bright and White they are, they tend to “POP” in the Mounting.
But, they are Expensive!
There’s always a Sacrifice somewhere!
Yellow or White?
Only YOU can Decide.
Cheers! :)
