LOST LETTERS PUZZLE

What a Mess we have Today!
It seems like the Jeweler Accidentally Dumped his Coffee and all the Engraving Letters all over the Table. What makes matters Worse, is the Fact that the Coffee Blurred out some of the Words on the Repair Envelopes. It left only Partial Letters, and a Puzzled Jeweler.
Can you help him figure out what all the words say?
Use the Engraving Tiles that were Dumped on the Table to Fill in the Blanks. The letters will only be used once.
Sounds Simple?
It may be, but not to this Jeweler!
