\nLink chains by far are the best type of chain to wear ever<\/strong>. This is because they do not have a bending point<\/strong>; you can fold them in half, twist them up<\/strong>, knot them, and they won’t harm the chain<\/strong> in the least.<\/p>\n

\nNot only do they look great<\/strong>, but they are very secure<\/strong> for holding pendants and charms (Especially expensive diamond pendants<\/a>).<\/p>\n

They are beautiful, elegant<\/strong>, smooth, and perfect <\/strong>as a stand alone chain, or one that holds a pendant<\/strong> (They come to a nice V <\/strong>on the neck as well).<\/p>\n

    \nWheat chains are intricate, symmetrical<\/strong>, and resembles a rope chain<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    \nWith intertwining oval interlocking links, these chains are the ultimate pendant chain<\/strong> because they look great, feel great, and won’t kink up<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

    2) Figaro Chains<\/h2>\n

    \nFigaro chains<\/a> (also known as 3-1 links) have been around forever because they look good and LAST!<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \nThey are flattened links that come in different sizes, small links and longer links<\/strong>. Usually these are grouped in patterns<\/strong> of 3 small links, and one elongated link, but sometimes you can find them with 4 or 5 small links in between. <\/p>\n

    4) Mariner Link Chains<\/h2>\n

    \nMariner link chains<\/a> (also known as gucci <\/strong>and anchor links<\/strong>) are beautiful chains, and the center bar<\/strong> keeps them from tangling<\/strong> or twisting<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    \nThe links are usually flattened with oval, round, or square links, and many of these designs have beveled edges which catch the light and bling<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    \nTwo other chains that look good and work great<\/strong> (and you can’t bend them in half) are the rope chains<\/a> and box chains<\/a>.<\/p>\n

    Rope Chains<\/h2>\n

    \nRope chains<\/a> have a great appeal<\/strong> because they are rounded (like the wheat chains<\/strong>), and makes a pendant slide easily along their length<\/strong> and NOT get caught!<\/p>\n

    \nMany ropes are diamond cut<\/strong> as well, which adds much sparkle and shine<\/strong> to the chain.<\/p>\n

    Box Chains<\/h2>\n

    \nBox chains<\/a> are sleek and simple. They look great and work great<\/strong> (as long as you don’t buy them too skinny<\/strong> – Usually a medium thickness of at least 1 – 1.5mm works best<\/strong>).<\/p>\n

    \nBox chains show off a pendant extremely well, and are pretty durable<\/strong> (They do have a tendency overtime to stretch and pull though).<\/p>\n
