Want to Know Why Jewelry can Suck?<\/h2>\n

\nI’m sure you do (It’ll all make sense in a minute<\/strong>).<\/p>\n

\nSo let’s Kick it Off with…<\/strong><\/p>\n

1) Every Ring Fits Different<\/h2>\n

\nRings can be such a Pain to get right<\/strong>. They all Fit and Feel Different. <\/p>\n

\nSome are Heavy, Wide, too Thick<\/strong> on the Sides. Others are Hollowed out, Sharp, Catch<\/strong> on Everything, or are Top Heavy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\nIt makes them all Fit Differently like Jeans and Shoes<\/strong>. You Can’t just Buy a Size 10 (or Whatever Size you Wear) and Expect it to Fit Perfectly<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Is it Comfort Fit?<\/h2>\n

\nIs it Tapered?<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nIs it a Class Ring?<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nThey all Fit and Feel Different!<\/p>\n

\nIt Just Sucks!<\/strong><\/p>\n

2) You have to Try them on<\/h2>\n

\nNot only does the Size Change Depending on the Design and Style<\/strong>, but you won’t know if you’ll truly LOVE <\/strong>it, until you try it on.<\/p>\n

\nIt may look Wonderful in the Showcase, Catalog, or Website, but once you slide it on your Finger, it could change your Entire Outlook<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

Does it match your Skin Tone?<\/h2>\n

\nDoes it look Balanced on your Finger?<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nDoes it look Good with your other Rings<\/strong> and Jewelry<\/strong>?<\/p>\n

\nYou won’t really know until you try it on<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

3) The Resell Value Stinks<\/h2>\n

\nEver try to Sell your Jewelry?<\/strong><\/p>\n

It BLOWS!<\/h2>\n

\nNo one wants it. It’s Used!<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nAnd if they do Buy Gold, Silver, or other Metals, you’ll only get Scrap Metal Value<\/strong> for it. <\/p>\n

\nBarely anything at all<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\nDiamonds may hold some Value, but even then, it’s generally only 20-30% of what you paid for it<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Jewelry is NOT an Investment!<\/h2>\n

\nOnce you Buy it, it Depreciates!<\/strong><\/p>\n

4) You’ll Void the Warranty<\/h2>\n

\nLet’s Face it, a Diamond Guarantee sounds Magnificent (“We’ll Replace your Diamond for FREE!<\/strong>“), but NOT <\/strong>when they “VOID<\/strong>” your Jewelry or Won’t Cover the Cost of Replacing a Lost or Damaged Stone<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\nAll it takes is one Missed Scheduled Appointment<\/strong> (Usually every 6 Months<\/strong> or so), and BAM<\/strong>…<\/p>\n

VOID<\/h2>\n

\nIt could be because of one Snapped off Prong<\/strong>, “Sorry! Your Prongs Must Be Intact!<\/strong>“<\/p>\n

\nIt could be because you got your Ring Squished in a Car Door<\/strong>…<\/p>\n

VOID VOID VOID!<\/h2>\n

\nNo More Warranty<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\n“SORRY!<\/strong>“<\/p>\n

\nThe same goes with Service Plans<\/strong>… “Oh the Mounting isn’t Fully <\/strong>Covered?”, “The Shank is Not under Warranty?<\/strong>“, “It doesn’t Cover Rhodium Plating?<\/strong>“…<\/p>\n

\nWhat the Heck are you Paying for?<\/strong><\/p>\n

5) You Can’t Return it!<\/h2>\n

\nReturn Policies on Jewelry<\/strong> are all over the board (Read all about Jeweler’s Return Policies HERE!<\/a>)<\/p>\n

\nSome Stores are Pretty Picky<\/strong> about what <\/strong>they’ll take back, when <\/strong>they’ll take it, and what YOUR Requirements are:<\/strong><\/p>\n
