{"id":15701,"date":"2023-02-03T06:00:51","date_gmt":"2023-02-03T11:00:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.jewelry-secrets.com\/Blog\/?p=15701"},"modified":"2023-02-03T09:13:03","modified_gmt":"2023-02-03T14:13:03","slug":"i-lost-30-lbs-with-fitbit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.jewelry-secrets.com\/Blog\/i-lost-30-lbs-with-fitbit\/","title":{"rendered":"I LOST 30 LBS WITH FITBIT!"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"blog-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.jewelry-secrets.com\/Blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/How-I-Lost-30-Pounds-With-Fitbit.gif\" alt=\"How I Lost 30 Pounds With Fitbit\" title=\"How I Lost 30 Pounds With Fitbit\" width=\"200\" height=\"200\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-15707\" \/><\/div>\n<p>Last November 1st, I began a quest to <strong>lose 30 lbs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\nAnd <strong>8 months<\/strong> later, I have <strong>successfully reached my goal!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><h2>YAH!!!<\/h2>\n<p>\nFor I went from <strong>171 lbs<\/strong>, all the way down to <strong>141 lbs<\/strong>&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>\nAnd I owe it all to a couple of key components: <strong>Exercise, Tracking, and Diet!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\nThe first and foremost&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><h2>My Fitbit Charge HR<\/h2>\n<p>\n(Which I wrote about and did an <strong>entire review<\/strong> last november: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jewelry-secrets.com\/Blog\/fitbit-charge-hr-review\/\">Fitbit Charge HR Review<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>\n<a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/1V8cLlf\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.jewelry-secrets.com\/Blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Fitbit-Charge-HR.jpg\" alt=\"Fitbit Charge HR\" title=\"Fitbit Charge HR\" width=\"640\" height=\"750\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-15704\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.jewelry-secrets.com\/Blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Fitbit-Charge-HR.jpg 640w, https:\/\/www.jewelry-secrets.com\/Blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Fitbit-Charge-HR-256x300.jpg 256w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\nThe <strong>combination of things<\/strong> I did worked. But I really think that <strong>the Fitbit was the most important element<\/strong>, because it <strong>changed the way I thought<\/strong>. I wear my <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/1UE8xpF\">Fitbit<\/a> every day (and night, for it tracks how good or bad I <strong>sleep<\/strong>), and it keeps me focused on how active I am, what my goal is, <strong>how many calories I am burning<\/strong>, and how many calories I am <strong>consuming<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p><h2>It&#8217;s a huge eye opener!<\/h2>\n<p>\nAnd another eye opener&#8230; <strong>The images<\/strong>. The pictures of me <strong>before and after&#8230; UGH!<\/strong> I took these &#8220;Before&#8221; shots, just so I could see my changes and to stay focused myself. I never in a million years thought that <strong>I&#8217;d show them off to the world<\/strong>. And believe me, <strong>it&#8217;s highly embarrassing<\/strong>. I really don&#8217;t want anyone to see them, <strong>ever<\/strong>! <\/p>\n<p><h2>It&#8217;s humiliating!<\/h2>\n<p>\nBut I also do feel that <strong>the proof is in the pudding<\/strong>&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>\nSo I&#8217;m taking off my shirt, which is something <strong>I would never do in public<\/strong> before, and letting everyone see that I&#8217;m not blowing smoke up their rump.<\/p>\n<p>\nIt&#8217;s quite difficult for me, since I&#8217;m <strong>shy and introverted<\/strong>. I&#8217;ve always been <strong>self conscious<\/strong> about my body, not because I thought I was fat (I really don&#8217;t consider 171 lbs &#8220;<strong>fat<\/strong>&#8220;), but I did have <strong>a huge beer gut<\/strong>. Which is funny, because <strong>I DON&#8217;T DRINK!<\/strong> (Nor Smoke, if you&#8217;re curious)<\/p>\n<p>\nStill, over the last <strong>20 years<\/strong>, the only place that I&#8217;d ever gain weight is around my stomach. <strong>ALL THE WAY AROUND<\/strong>, like a spare tire. <\/p>\n<p>\nEver since I turned 30 <strong>the lbs started packing on<\/strong>&#8230; I went from a size 32 waist, to a <strong>34<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p><h2>And I hated it!<\/h2>\n<p>\nBut now, in just a few months (<strong>8 months<\/strong>), I&#8217;m skinnier, happier, and <strong>loving it<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p>\nEspecially since <strong>I&#8217;ll be 50<\/strong> in October. <\/p>\n<p><h2>50 YEARS OLD!<\/h2>\n<p>\nI&#8217;m <strong>not a spring chicken<\/strong> anymore. And I could really see that in the pictures of me.<\/p>\n<p>\nSo my goal was to look <strong>younger <\/strong>by my birthday, and <strong>to lose 30 lbs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\nAnd so, last November, <strong>I started my diet<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p>\nAnd here are the <strong>Before and After<\/strong> images&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>(I still can&#8217;t believe I&#8217;m doing this&#8230;)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><h2>Before and After<\/h2>\n<p>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.jewelry-secrets.com\/Blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Before-After-Picture-30-Pounds-Fitbit.jpg\" alt=\"Before After Picture 30 Pounds Fitbit\" title=\"Before After Picture 30 Pounds Fitbit\" width=\"640\" height=\"750\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-15703\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.jewelry-secrets.com\/Blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Before-After-Picture-30-Pounds-Fitbit.jpg 640w, https:\/\/www.jewelry-secrets.com\/Blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Before-After-Picture-30-Pounds-Fitbit-256x300.jpg 256w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>My face is red just thinking about people seeing that <strong>BEFORE <\/strong>pic&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>\nIt&#8217;s a tough thing to do. <strong>I let myself go<\/strong>. And I didn&#8217;t really realize <strong>how MUCH<\/strong>, until I saw these <strong>side by side<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p><h2>It&#8217;s mind blowing.<\/h2>\n<p>\nAnd just so you know, these images are <strong>not manipulated<\/strong> in any way. Other than sizing, cropping, and adjusting the brightness and colors. <strong>That body is real<\/strong>, and it really is <strong>mine<\/strong>!<\/p>\n<p><h2>I&#8217;m proud of how I look NOW!<\/h2>\n<p>\nBut as we know, you can&#8217;t lose weight by just a <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/1UE8xpF\">Fitbit<\/a> alone. <strong>NOPE<\/strong>!<\/p>\n<p>\nIt takes <strong>diet and exercise<\/strong> as well.<\/p>\n<p>\nSo let me talk about those, because everything combined <strong>removed the weight<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><h2>My Diet<\/h2>\n<p>\nI call it a &#8220;<strong>diet<\/strong>&#8220;, but it&#8217;s really not. It&#8217;s actually more of <strong>a new lifestyle<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p>\nBecause <strong>I don&#8217;t limit what I eat<\/strong>&#8230; Not really. I still eat sweets, candy, bread, pasta, pizza&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>\n(<strong>Occasionally<\/strong>)<\/p>\n<p>\nYou see, I&#8217;ve tried other <strong>DIE<\/strong>ts. <strong>Atkins<\/strong>, Low Carb, <strong>Low Fat<\/strong>&#8230; Even tried a <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/1Uh1Tlm\">Juice Cleanse<\/a> (that was tough).<\/p>\n<p>\nBut none of them really worked for me. <strong>Sure I lost a few pounds<\/strong>, but as soon as the diet ended, I gained it right back <strong>PLUS SOME!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\nSo for this diet, I tried something totally different (and that&#8217;s because the <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/1UE8xpF\">Fitbit<\/a> got me thinking about it). For even before <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/1UVOGRe\">I bought my Fitbit<\/a>, I read about it and saw that it <strong>tracked your calories in and out<\/strong>&#8230; and I wondered if that was <strong>the REAL goal<\/strong>&#8230; Not all the dumb fat, or how many carbs or sugars something had&#8230; But <strong>just the basic calorie count<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p>\nAnd so that&#8217;s exactly what I did&#8230; <\/p>\n<p><h2>I Watched my Calorie Intake!<\/h2>\n<p>\nI kept my calories down to <strong>around 1000 per day<\/strong>, or less (some days it&#8217;s only 600 or 800 calories).<\/p>\n<p>\nI know that sounds <strong>awfully LOW<\/strong>, but it&#8217;s rather easy&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>\nI eat a lot of Chicken (<strong>almost daily<\/strong>). Chicken or Protein, and <strong>I eat a lot of Veggies<\/strong>. Low Calorie Foods that are good for me and keep me lean.<\/p>\n<p>\nBut watching Calories (<strong>not fat or carbs<\/strong>) means that <strong>I can still eat a Sandwich<\/strong> or a Sub. I can still <strong>eat Candy<\/strong> (in fact, I allow myself to eat one small Mini-Size Candy bar a day, <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/1Ox0LNL\">like Twix<\/a> or Milky Way)&#8230; And by allowing myself to splurge a little, eat some Sweets, some Carbs, some Bread and Pasta, it keeps me from feeling like <strong>I&#8217;m killing myself with a DIET!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><h2>If I want to eat a Pizza, I do!<\/h2>\n<p>\nI have a Pizza at least once a month! (Half of a Medium, and I do make sure to get <strong>thin crust<\/strong>, because I don&#8217;t need all that bread.) This keeps me from getting <strong>burnt out<\/strong>, and <strong>keeps my cravings down<\/strong>. I&#8217;m <strong>not depriving<\/strong> myself of the foods I love. Just eating them in <strong>moderation<\/strong>. And eating smaller portions. Less of everything&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>\nAnd with the <strong>Fitbit<\/strong>, it&#8217;s easy to track. For you can quickly <strong>input your foods<\/strong>, or just quickly insert the <strong>estimated calories<\/strong> you ate&#8230; Like so&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.jewelry-secrets.com\/Blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Fitbit-Keeps-Track-Of-Calories.jpg\" alt=\"Fitbit Keeps Track Of Calories\" title=\"Fitbit Keeps Track Of Calories\" width=\"640\" height=\"600\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-15705\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.jewelry-secrets.com\/Blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Fitbit-Keeps-Track-Of-Calories.jpg 640w, https:\/\/www.jewelry-secrets.com\/Blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Fitbit-Keeps-Track-Of-Calories-300x281.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\nAnd Yes, I did and do make it a point to <strong>keep fattening foods out of the house<\/strong>. If it&#8217;s here, <strong>I&#8217;ll eat it!<\/strong> And that&#8217;s not good. So I&#8217;ve replaced my &#8220;<strong>unhealthy snack foods<\/strong>&#8220;, with snacks that are better for me and low in calories. <\/p>\n<p><h2>Things that won&#8217;t tip the scales.<\/h2>\n<p>\n<strong>Things like:<\/strong> Apples, Popcorn (<a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/1V7Rw2X\">Skinnypop<\/a> &#8211; it tastes great and is only <strong>100 calories per bag<\/strong>), Sugar Free Fruit Cups, <strong>Sugar Free Jello<\/strong>, Carbmaster Yogurt, Raisons, Protein Bars&#8230; And even <strong>Mini Ice Cream Sandwiches<\/strong>, or Mini <strong>Drumsticks <\/strong>(all 100 calories or less each!).<\/p>\n<p>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.jewelry-secrets.com\/Blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Watch-Your-Food-Calorie-Intake.jpg\" alt=\"Watch Your Food Calorie Intake\" title=\"Watch Your Food Calorie Intake\" width=\"640\" height=\"600\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-15711\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.jewelry-secrets.com\/Blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Watch-Your-Food-Calorie-Intake.jpg 640w, https:\/\/www.jewelry-secrets.com\/Blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Watch-Your-Food-Calorie-Intake-300x281.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><h2>A Normal Days Set of Meals for me is:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Breakfast<\/strong>: Scrambled Eggs and Sausage<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lunch<\/strong>: Banana, Apple, Yogurt, Jello, Apple Sauce, Skinny Pop (one or two of these)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Supper<\/strong>: Chicken (or Protein), Veggies (or Salad)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dessert<\/strong>: A Piece of Candy, Ice Cream, or even a Mini Bag of Chips (100 calories or less).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\nA couple of times a week <strong>I&#8217;ll go out to eat<\/strong>, splurge a little, but I still try to keep my calories down. <\/p>\n<p>\n(And every now and then I allow myself to <strong>Gorge on a really Fattening Dessert<\/strong>; Chocolate, Donuts, something <strong>really bad for me<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>But&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><h2>I do tend to stay away from ALL Fast Food!!!!<\/h2>\n<p>\nIt&#8217;s Moderation. Limiting my Portions. Making Better Choices.<\/p>\n<p><h2>And Once I Started Losing weight&#8230;<\/h2>\n<p>\nOnce the pounds started coming off, it persuaded me to be more active and to push even harder&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>\nFor in January of this year, I started doing <strong>50 situps (crunches)<\/strong> every night, before bed (it was my <strong>New Year&#8217;s Resolution<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p>\nAnd yes, if I forgot to do them, <strong>I&#8217;d force myself<\/strong> to get outta bed and do them. <\/p>\n<p><h2>No ifs, ands, or buts!<\/h2>\n<p>\nNow I do them automatically, religiously. <strong>Even on vacation!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\nI also bought myself some <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/1WWna9R\">Ab Cut Pills<\/a> (saw these at <strong>Costco<\/strong>). I take 2 pills at breakfast, and 2 pills at supper. <strong>They work!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\n<a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/1WWna9R\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.jewelry-secrets.com\/Blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/AbCuts-Fat-Burning-Pills.jpg\" alt=\"AbCuts Fat Burning Pills\" title=\"AbCuts Fat Burning Pills\" width=\"640\" height=\"600\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-15702\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.jewelry-secrets.com\/Blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/AbCuts-Fat-Burning-Pills.jpg 640w, https:\/\/www.jewelry-secrets.com\/Blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/AbCuts-Fat-Burning-Pills-300x281.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><h2>And More&#8230;<\/h2>\n<p>\nIn <strong>February<\/strong>, I bought myself a <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/1UE7u9d\">Slendertone Belt<\/a> (I had lost 13 lbs by now). I wear this belt <strong>3-4 times a day<\/strong> (on the highest level possible, <strong>level 99 for 40 minutes<\/strong> a time). I do this while on the computer (<strong>I&#8217;m wearing it now<\/strong>), and while watching TV. It tightens your stomach, like <strong>you&#8217;re doing situps<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\n<a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/1UE7u9d\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.jewelry-secrets.com\/Blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Slendertone-Belt.jpg\" alt=\"Slendertone Belt\" title=\"Slendertone Belt\" width=\"640\" height=\"600\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-15710\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.jewelry-secrets.com\/Blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Slendertone-Belt.jpg 640w, https:\/\/www.jewelry-secrets.com\/Blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Slendertone-Belt-300x281.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\nAnd then, in March, I <strong>upped the ante even more<\/strong>. I added in <strong>50 Bicycles<\/strong> to the mix. (Laying on your back, hands behind your head, pedal like you&#8217;re riding a bike. And when one leg comes up, touch your elbow to your knee).<\/p>\n<p><h2>From a 34 Waist to a 31 Waist!<\/h2>\n<p>\nI went down <strong>3 pant sizes<\/strong> and <strong>4 belt loops<\/strong>. And <strong>I couldn&#8217;t be more excited!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\nI haven&#8217;t worn size 31 jeans <strong>since I was 25<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><h2>It&#8217;s Crazy to Think About!<\/h2>\n<p>\nAnd then, just at the beginning of May, <strong>I started doing side bends<\/strong>. I use an old broom handle for this. And holding the broom handle with my hands behind my neck, I bend sideways, keeping my torso straight and tightening my stomach at the same time, <strong>I do 100 of these. 50 on each side<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\nAnd let me tell you, <strong>THESE WORK WONDERS!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\nIn fact, <strong>I&#8217;ve seen so much progress<\/strong> in just the last couple of weeks, <strong>it&#8217;s outstanding<\/strong>. They are getting rid of my tire rather rapidly. No other exercise has worked so fast.<strong> I&#8217;m Utterly Amazed!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\nSo no, it wasn&#8217;t just the <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/1UE8xpF\">Fitbit<\/a>. You can&#8217;t get rid of <strong>25 years worth of bad eating<\/strong> with just one thing&#8230; It was a combo that started out slow, and as I began to see results, I kept adding more and more to <strong>accomplish my goal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\nThe Fitbit <strong>got things rolling<\/strong>, put me in the right <strong>mindset<\/strong>, and then everything else just happened&#8230; <strong>Slowly but surely!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><h2>And I&#8217;m not done yet!<\/h2>\n<p>\n<strong>I still want a six-pack!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\nI figure I have another <strong>5-10 pounds<\/strong> to burn before I get those. That little layer of fat over <strong>my abs has gotta go!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\nBut my gut is <strong>pretty much gone<\/strong>. I feel skinny, I&#8217;m actually wearing &#8220;<strong>SUPER SKINNY<\/strong>&#8221; jeans.<\/p>\n<p>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.jewelry-secrets.com\/Blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/From-34-Waist-Size-To-Size-31-Jeans.jpg\" alt=\"From 34 Waist Size To Size 31 Jeans\" title=\"From 34 Waist Size To Size 31 Jeans\" width=\"640\" height=\"600\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-15706\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.jewelry-secrets.com\/Blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/From-34-Waist-Size-To-Size-31-Jeans.jpg 640w, https:\/\/www.jewelry-secrets.com\/Blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/From-34-Waist-Size-To-Size-31-Jeans-300x281.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><p>Now you could say that I&#8217;m going through my &#8220;<strong>Mid-Life Crisis<\/strong>&#8220;, and I&#8217;d probably agree with you, but I look young and feel young, and that&#8217;s all that really matters to me! :)<\/p>\n<p><h2>I&#8217;m pushing myself harder!<\/h2>\n<p>\nI&#8217;m so <strong>happy with my progress<\/strong> that I&#8217;ve even bought myself <strong>a NEW Fitbit<\/strong> just a couple of days ago. For Fitbit has a new one called the <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/1UVNZaF\">Fitbit Blaze<\/a> which has <strong>a bigger watch face<\/strong> and lets you see more info at a glance. (I&#8217;ll do <strong>a full review<\/strong> on that soon enough).<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>I seriously can&#8217;t wait!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>So there you go&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><h2>That&#8217;s how I Lost 30 lbs in 8 Months<\/h2>\n<p>\nAnd, here&#8217;s <strong>another Before and After picture<\/strong> of me. It kept me focused. It made me serious. It forced me to<strong> eat better<\/strong>, <strong>exercise<\/strong>&#8230; <strong>It&#8217;s hard for me to even comprehend<\/strong>&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><h2>Here&#8217;s the Breakdown:<\/h2>\n<p>\n<strong>To recap how it all happened:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>I Started Eating Protein and <strong>Low Calorie Food<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>I Bought myself a <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/1UE8xpF\">Fitbit<\/a><\/li>\n<li>I Started doing <strong>50 Crunches<\/strong> every night<\/li>\n<li>I Started taking <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/1WWna9R\">Ab Cut Pills<\/a><\/li>\n<li>I Bought myself a <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/1UE7u9d\">Slendertone<\/a><\/li>\n<li>I Started doing <strong>50 Bicycles<\/strong> every night<\/li>\n<li>I Started doing <strong>100 Side-Bends<\/strong> every night<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\nAnd now, <strong>I&#8217;m seeing so much progress<\/strong>, that I&#8217;ve also started adding <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/28OF6ax\">Resistant Bands<\/a> to my workouts, doing Lunges, and Pushups. And&#8230; I&#8217;ve even <strong>bought myself Tennis Shoes<\/strong> (which I haven&#8217;t worn in 10 years or so&#8230;) <strong>HA!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><h2>It&#8217;s changed my Entire Life.<\/h2>\n<p>\nI&#8217;m down to a size <strong>31 Waist<\/strong> (from a <strong>34<\/strong>), down to <strong>141 lbs<\/strong> (from <strong>171<\/strong>), and I&#8217;m getting a 6-pack (<strong>one way or another!<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p><h2>I&#8217;m Determined!<\/h2>\n<p>\n<strong>It didn&#8217;t happen overnight<\/strong>. No! But as I saw progress, I pushed myself harder! <\/p>\n<p>\nI feel active again. <strong>Lean. Mean<\/strong>&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>The Fitbit made me young again<\/strong>.
