Dang it, my eyes…<\/h2>\n

\nAs I get older, so do my eyes<\/strong>. They’re bugging the hell outta me. <\/p>\n

\nI find myself needing to use my loupe<\/strong> more and more often. Even for silly things, like reading the tag<\/strong> on the piece of jewelry… YEP! <\/strong><\/p>\n

That’s Bad!<\/h2>\n

\nAnd I always hate carrying around a bulky loupe<\/strong>. My favorite loupe, and the BEST <\/strong>there is in the world (in my opinion), is the Belomo 10x Professional Jeweler’s Loupe<\/a>, but that’s really thick and heavy<\/strong>… It weighs a ton in my dress pants<\/strong> and doesn’t look very good.<\/p>\n

\nSo for the last couple of years, I’ve switched to a slimmer, light-weight loupe<\/strong> which I love. That’s the Nikon Loupe Seen Here!<\/a> It’s perfect, but still a little bulky for a suit. So I actually wear it on a lanyard<\/strong> where it’s always there when I need it…<\/p>\n

But still…<\/h2>\n

\nThe lanyard tends to get caught<\/strong> in the cases, trays, jewelry… <\/p>\n

It’s not very efficient.<\/h2>\n

\nThat’s why I flipped out<\/strong> when I saw this NEW loupe<\/a>…<\/p>\n

\nIt’s a pocket-sized loupe<\/strong> (FLAT), that slides into your pocket<\/strong> where it doesn’t stick out like a sore thumb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\nIt has 3 lenses<\/strong> which gives you many different magnifications… Anywhere from 10x (the normal lens used to view diamonds and grade them<\/strong>), to 20x and even 30x (which is ideal for viewing flaws and inscriptions<\/strong>…)<\/p>\n

\nIt also LIGHTS UP!<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nWhen the case is closed, the light goes out<\/strong>. When you slide it open, the light comes on<\/strong>. PERFECT!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lights AND Loupes OH MY!<\/h2>\n

\nThat’s the best combo<\/strong> you can get. Especially for poor eyes<\/strong>…<\/p>\n
