\nI love silicone rings<\/a> a lot. <\/p>\n

\nJust like I love active wear<\/strong>… the active wear by American Eagle<\/a> is incredible, it feels so awesome<\/strong> (I highly recommend<\/strong> trying them).<\/p>\n

I also love my fitbit<\/a>, elliptical machine<\/a>, and doing 12 minutes of planks<\/strong> a day (not to mention my 200 push-ups<\/strong>, 200 crunches<\/strong>, and 200 side bends<\/strong>)…<\/p>\n

I Love being Fit!<\/h2>\n

\nAnd so, wearing a silicone ring just feels good<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\nIt’s flexible, stretchy, durable<\/strong>, and I don’t have to worry about dinging it up<\/strong>, getting it caught<\/strong>, or taking it off and losing it<\/strong>…<\/p>\n

But…<\/h2>\n

\nEven though you can wear them while lifting weights<\/strong>, there is one thing that you should know about silicone rings…<\/p>\n

They Fit Differently!<\/h2>\n

\nThey fit different than a normal metal ring. And that’s because they’re rubber<\/strong>. They tend to cling onto the flesh and skin<\/strong>… (which is fine, for it moves when you move), but it doesn’t leave any room between your finger and the ring. Which also means, there’s no room for air<\/strong>, and when you sweat, it can actually cause you to break out and get a rash<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

These Rings need to Breath!<\/h2>\n

\nJust like a metal ring, it shouldn’t be too snug<\/strong> that the ring can’t breath. You need to get a little air so you don’t develop a red rash.<\/p>\n

So what should you do?<\/h2>\n

\nBuy a silicone ring 1\/2 size larger!<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nThat 1\/2 size difference makes the ring a little bit more looser<\/strong>, and more comfortable to wear. It won’t stick to your finger<\/strong> and get all sweaty underneath. Plus, it won’t cut off circulation either<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\nThat’s why buying a couple of different sizes<\/strong> can really be wise…<\/p>\n

\nAnd they do sell variety packs of silicone rings<\/strong>, in multiple ring sizes<\/strong>, so you’re sure to find the perfect fit.<\/p>\n

Some sets have 3 rings, others have 6… <\/h2>\n

\nPick the style of silicone ring<\/strong> you like, and wear them on whatever finger you desire…<\/p>\n
