\nThey usually come in one standard length<\/strong>; 16″<\/strong> or 18″<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\nSo if you want to make it shorter or longer<\/strong>, you’ll have to buy yourself a new rose gold chain<\/a>.<\/p>\n

So what can you do?<\/h2>\n

\nBuy yourself an extender<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\nA rose gold extender will lengthen any necklace chain or pendant, from 2″ to 6″ (depending on what size you buy, but I suggest you buy a set that has all different sizes, like shown below).<\/p>\n

\nDo note that you can use other colors of extenders<\/strong>, like white gold<\/strong> or yellow gold<\/strong> tone, but they won’t match your necklace color<\/strong>, and may stand out and look odd<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

What are the Best Extenders to Buy?<\/h2>\n

\nOnes with lobster claw clasps<\/strong>. They’re way more durable than the cheap spring ring<\/strong>, are easier to hook (spring rings are a pain and break easy), and feel smooth <\/strong>on your neck.<\/p>\n
