\nBecause huge diamonds really are that rare<\/strong>… And expensive!<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nFor a decent 3 carat diamond, of standard color and clarity<\/strong> (SI1, G) sells for around $40,000<\/strong> (see 3 carat, SI1, G, diamonds here at James Allen<\/a>).<\/p>\n

\nThat’s why most people that own a huge diamond, usually get lower clarity<\/strong> or lower color diamonds<\/strong> (Like I1, J – See these diamonds here at James Allen<\/a>).<\/p>\n

\nThese diamonds are much more affordable<\/strong> (although they do have inclusions you can see with the bare eye). It’s almost impossible to get diamonds that don’t have these flaws (because the diamonds are so large and easy to see inside<\/strong>).<\/p>\n
