I am a big fan of morganite.<\/h2>\n

\nI just adore the color…<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nAnd I’m not the only one, for many people are buying morganite for an engagement ring<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\nIf you don’t know what morganite is, it’s a gemstone that’s pink-orange<\/strong> (salmon color), that is a variety of the beryl gemstones<\/strong> (a 7.5-8<\/strong> on the Moh’s hardness scale<\/a>, along with the other beryl gemstones; emerald<\/a> and aquamarine<\/a>).<\/p>\n

\nIt seems rather like a new stone (LeVian actually brought it to the forefront), but it was discovered back in the early 1900’s<\/strong>, and named after J.P. Morgan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\nMorganite is peachy clean (some look more pink, some more tan) and makes for some stunning jewelry<\/strong>, especially when combined with rose gold<\/strong>. The two together is a beautiful thing<\/strong>, which is why I’m highlighting them today.<\/p>\n
