\nThe only thing that I did was select the most expensive<\/strong> round brilliant cut diamond, and then the cheapest 1 carat round diamond<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\nIt’s a difference of $13,410<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\nGranted, there’s also a huge difference in appearance<\/strong> as well. It’s night and day. The cheapest stone is cloudy, yellow, and has very little brilliance or shine.<\/p>\n

\nThe most expensive diamond is ultra-clean, has pure white color, and triple excellent cut<\/strong>, polish, and symmetry. Plus, it has no fluorescence<\/strong>. It’s stunning.<\/p>\n

But the price…<\/h2>\n

\nIt’s high, yes<\/strong>. But what most people don’t know is this: it’s not always about quality<\/strong>. Sure you would think that one the best clarity, color, and cut diamonds would demand price, but one more thing does:<\/p>\n

The market.<\/h2>\n

\nThe diamond market fluctuates daily<\/strong>. Meaning, the cost goes up or down<\/strong>. So if a diamond of high quality is purchased on the low, then the retail price is lower as well. That’s why some diamonds of exact same quality are different prices<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
