The only difference between them is that Internally Flawless<\/strong> are only flawless, internally<\/em><\/strong>. Internally Flawless diamonds have some blemish on the surface<\/strong> of the stone (the outside). It could be a natural<\/strong>, a pit, a trigon, grain lines… Some flaw that can be seen under a microscope, at just the right angle and the right light, of course. They’re small, barely noticeable, but still identifiable<\/strong>. That’s the difference.<\/p>\n
