So many people do this… And it’s crazy!<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nPeople are always, always under the impression that clarity is the #1 trait<\/strong> you should look out for in a diamond. They always want a clean diamond<\/strong> with no inclusions. I get it. But what they fail to realize is, they aren’t getting the best looking diamond for the price<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\nIn fact… They could spend way less<\/strong> and have a much prettier, much better looking diamond with way more sparkle.<\/p>\n

Take for example these diamonds below…<\/h2>\n

\nOn the right is what customers always ask for, a diamond with VS or VVS clarity<\/strong>… They don’t care much about the color, they say, they can’t see color (because they’ve never compared them side by side<\/strong> like I do). Plus, most jewelry stores only sell “near colorless<\/strong>” diamonds, which are G-H-I-J<\/strong> in color (off white or faint yellow).<\/p>\n

\nOn the left is my pick<\/strong>. What I would buy and what I recommend<\/strong>. It’s a much lower clarity, SI1<\/strong>, but it has way better color. It’s E<\/strong>, pure-white, colorless.<\/p>\n

\nJust this small shift in quality leads to a dramatic visual appearance<\/strong>. The SI1 diamond POPS<\/strong>. Looks brighter, whiter, and even bigger.<\/p>\n

Plus, you save money!<\/h2>\n

\nIt’s cheaper, and if you put these diamonds next to each other, you’ll see a huge difference<\/strong>. The VVS diamond will look darker, duller, have less sparkle, and even look yellowish.<\/p>\n

Let’s explain why this is…<\/h2>\n

\nClarity is almost impossible to see with the naked eye<\/strong>. In fact, in almost all clarities you’ll need a microscope <\/strong>to see the differences. Only I3, I2, I1, and SI2<\/strong> clarities have inclusions that are visible to the eye<\/strong> (seen by looking at the diamond without a loupe or microscope). But all the other clarities: SI1, VS2, VS1, VVS2, VVS1, IF, FL<\/strong> all look the same. Identical to the eye. You’ll see no difference between them. This is why it’s pretty crazy to spend your money on a higher clarity. You won’t see any difference. Instead, spend your money on things you can see, like color or cut.<\/p>\n

\nColor and cut is what makes a diamond pop and sparkle<\/strong>. The color makes it bright and white. The cut makes it dance in the light.<\/p>\n

\nSo I always suggest purchasing a diamond that’s pure white (D, E, F<\/strong>), and an Excellent cut<\/strong>, of course.<\/p>\n

\nThis is why SI1, E<\/strong>, is the one of the best looking, and best quality of diamonds to buy. It’s affordable, and gives you a bang for your buck<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

But you can go cheaper…<\/h2>\n

\nAnd when I say cheaper… I mean it<\/strong>. If you look at Lab-Grown diamonds<\/strong>, you can save TONS!<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nLab-grown, or lab-created diamonds are real diamonds made in a laboratory<\/strong> (like a test-tube baby). They are identical to nature-made diamonds, have the exact same chemical composition, the exact same DNA, the exact same ratings, quality, durability, color, clarity, and appearance…<\/p>\n

The only difference is the price!<\/h2>\n

\nThey’re extremely buyable, and are very popular right now<\/strong> (dominating the market).<\/p>\n
