I really can’t emphasize how important this really is<\/strong>…<\/p>\n

\nWith the world today, and how unsafe things are, the last thing you want to worry about is not only getting robbed<\/strong>, but losing your sentimental engagement ring<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

I can’t even imagine.<\/h2>\n

\nIt’s not replaceable<\/strong>, and most people don’t have the proper insurance<\/strong> to cover it. And even if they do have insurance, the deductibles <\/strong>are usually sky-high, and then your insurance rates would go up anyways.<\/p>\n

\nSo don’t put yourself in that position. Protect your jewelry<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\nThe most important piece of advise I ever heard, was wear fake jewelry while you’re on vacation<\/strong>. A fake engagement ring<\/a>, cheap watch, CZ jewelry<\/strong>, costume items… Something that looks real, but aren’t. And they make tons of knock-offs<\/strong> that will pretty much fool anyone. That way, if you ever did get robbed, or had jewelry stolen out of your hotel room (this actually happened to me<\/strong>, I had a $3,000 men’s diamond ring stolen from my room at Disneyland… Really! And they never reimbursed me either!!!)<\/p>\n

\nSo before you head out the door, luggage in hand, swap your rings out<\/strong> (put yours in a locked box or safe) for cheap versions that you won’t be heartbroken if lost or stolen.<\/p>\n
