\nLet’s get to the point: IF is NOT I, nor F!<\/strong><\/p>\n

GOT IT?<\/h2>\n

\nGOOD!<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nThere’s a lot of I’s and F’s<\/strong> when it comes to Diamond Grading<\/strong>. And misunderstanding these IF’s could be a HUGE, HUGE MISTAKE!<\/strong><\/p>\n

IF<\/h2>\n

\nIf stands for Internally Flawless<\/strong> (one of the BEST <\/strong>grades there is in Diamond Clarity)… (FL is actually the BEST. FL is Flawless<\/strong>).<\/p>\n

I<\/h2>\n

\nI stands for both I Color<\/strong>, and I Clarity<\/strong>, but I Clarity is generally written with a number after it, like I1, I2 and I3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

F<\/h2>\n

\nF stands for F Color<\/strong>, but some people mistake it as Flawless (it isn’t!<\/strong>). F is Color!<\/p>\n

\nDon’t worry…<\/strong> many people get confused with all the F’s and I’s. So let’s take a look at the actual Diamond Charts.<\/p>\n

\nBelow is a Diamond Clarity Chart<\/strong> showing both IF and I’s…<\/p>\n

\nNow, let’s take a look at the GIA Diamond Color Charts<\/strong>. You’ll see both F and I below…<\/p>\n

\nSo if you’re Shopping and Comparing Diamonds, especially Loose Diamonds for an Engagement Ring<\/a>, slow down and take a closer look<\/strong>. Is it Color or Clarity that they’re talking about? Look at the Grades<\/strong>. See what they are.<\/p>\n

\nBecause an IF, I is NOT in the same Classification as an I1, F. BIG DIFFERENCE!<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nSee! There are Big Visible Differences<\/strong> between them. One stone is Virtually Flawless, while the other Diamond is Full of Dark Flaws and Massive Inclusions!<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nGranted, there is also a Huge Difference in Price<\/strong>…<\/p>\n

\nThe IF Diamond is almost $3,000 MORE<\/strong> than the I1 Diamond. But, you do get what you pay for!<\/strong> :)<\/p>\n

Don’t Make this Mistake!<\/h2>\n

\nYou don’t want your pretty little Fiancee to see Large Black Spots<\/strong> in her Stone. That may not Render a Smile.<\/p>\n
