\nSo I went to the James Allen Website<\/a> (Featuring some of the BEST DEALS<\/strong> on Diamonds anywhere), and I rounded up TWO<\/strong> Diamonds to Compare: <\/p>\n

\nA One Carat Round Brilliant Cut Diamond, and a One Carat Cushion Cut Diamond.<\/p>\n

\nNow, let’s get specific…<\/strong><\/p>\n

Diamond Clarity<\/h2>\n

\nThe Clarity of BOTH <\/strong>of these stones is VS2<\/strong>. Which is extremely high Clarity on the Diamond Clarity Chart<\/strong>. VS2 means that there will be NO<\/strong> (ZERO) visible Flaws or Inclusions<\/strong> in the stone with the naked eye. Only upon Microscoping<\/a>\"\" the stones, or using a 10x Jeweler’s Loupe<\/a>\"\", will you be able to see a couple of identifying characteristics. <\/p>\n

\nThese are very clean Diamonds, truly impressive!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Diamond Color<\/h2>\n

\nThe Color of these stones are BOTH I Color<\/strong>. Meaning, it’s in the middle of the Near Colorless Range<\/strong> (the most common Color Range on the market). I Color will still face up White, and shouldn’t exhibit any tones of Yellow or Brown in the stones. In other words, no one will know it’s I Color!<\/strong> :) (Especially with the Clarity and Cut being so good)<\/p>\n

Diamond Cut<\/h2>\n

\nThese are BOTH Great Cuts of Diamond<\/strong> with Excellent Polish and Symmetry. The Round Diamond is graded as “Excellent<\/strong>“, which is the BEST you can get<\/strong>. The Cushion Cut doesn’t have a Cut Grade listed because there are no exact Cut Grades for Fancy Cut Stones<\/strong>. Instead, it’s graded by overall measurements and finish, so it’s listed under the same category as the Round Cut is… Which is sorted by Ideal<\/a> (or Excellent<\/strong>) on James Allen<\/a>!<\/p>\n

\nDiamonds that are Cut well like this, along with Excellent Polish and Symmetry will Sparkle and Dance in the Light<\/strong>, and they will certainly make her eyes dance as well. :)<\/p>\n

\nNeither stone has any Fluorescence <\/strong>in them (none), which in my book is a good thing.<\/p>\n

\nBoth stones are Certified by GIA<\/strong> (the BEST<\/strong> in the business). <\/p>\n

Carat Weight<\/h2>\n

\nBOTH stones are actually LARGER than a One Carat Diamond<\/strong>, they are actually 1.05 Carats<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

Now, let’s get to the good part…<\/h2>\n

\nTHE PRICE!<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nThe Round Brilliant Cut Diamond sells for $6,140<\/strong> (which is an Average Selling Price<\/strong> for a stone this Size and Quality). <\/p>\n

The Cushion Cut sells for $3,250<\/h2>\n

\nI REPEAT, $3,250!!!<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nThat’s about HALF the price<\/strong> of the Round Diamond.<\/p>\n
