  1. You’ll know what Carat Weight<\/strong> she Wants<\/li>\n
  2. You’ll know what Shape <\/strong>she wants: Round Cut, Princess Cut, Marquise, Pear, Emerald…<\/li>\n
  3. You’ll know her Exact Ring Size<\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. She’ll get the Diamond Ring she really Wants<\/strong><\/li>\n
  5. You’ll know what Type of Metal<\/strong> she wants: Platinum, White Gold, Yellow Gold…<\/li>\n
  6. You’ll find out if she wants a Solitaire Ring<\/strong>, A Wedding Set<\/strong>, Trio Set <\/strong>, One-Piece…<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Not Bad… NOW…<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Here are the Cons:<\/h2>\n

    1. There won’t be any “Surprise<\/strong>!”<\/li>\n
    2. She had to Pick out <\/strong>her own Ring<\/li>\n
    3. She’ll feel like she Pushed <\/strong>the Ring on you<\/li>\n
    4. She’ll have no Idea of How Much<\/strong> you really Wanted to Spend<\/strong><\/li>\n
    5. She’ll feel Bad for Picking out the “Expensive Ring<\/strong>“<\/li>\n
    6. You’ll Spend Twice as much<\/strong> as you thought you would<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      \nBut Should you or Shouldn’t you<\/strong> take your Fiancee or Girlfriend Engagement Ring Shopping?<\/p>\n

      It all Depends on You!<\/h2>\n

      \nDo you want to be the one to Pick out her Engagement Ring? Lots of Men Want the Fun<\/strong> of Picking out the Perfect Ring<\/a> and Surprising her<\/strong> with it. If you need Clues as to the Size, Shape or Color, ask her Girlfriends or Mom <\/strong>for Advice.<\/p>\n

      \nIf you don’t want to Alert anyone of your Desires, then try and be Sly about it<\/strong>. Swing into a Mall Jewelry Store while you’re out Walking around to “Get your Rings Cleaned<\/strong>” or to get a “Watch Battery<\/strong>“.<\/p>\n

      \nWhile you’re there, let her Wander around and look at Rings<\/strong>. “Those” Rings! Watch her Facial Expressions<\/strong>, Eyes, Smiles, Pose, and Body Language. See what she picks out<\/strong>. Is it a Marquise cut? (see picture) Is it White Gold?<\/strong> Does it have Side Stones? Be Observant! <\/strong>Are the Diamonds Channel-Set? Pave-Set? See what Lights up her Eyes<\/strong>. That’s the Clue… It’s not what she says, it’s what she does!<\/strong><\/p>\n

      See what makes her Happy<\/h2>\n

      \nIf you simply MUST <\/strong>take her Diamond Ring Shopping, then tell her up front that there are some rules to follow:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      1. Don’t ask about the Price<\/strong>… EVER!<\/strong><\/li>\n
      2. Don’t Peek<\/strong> at the Price Tag. (Price is something that she should have No Part in. That’s the Man’s JOB!<\/strong>) Make sure the Salesperson doesn’t Discuss Price in front of her. Period!<\/strong><\/li>\n
      3. Have your Girlfriend\/Fiancee pick out SOME <\/strong>Rings she likes (NOT JUST ONE<\/strong>) And that’s it! Her Job is Now Done! <\/strong>Have the Salesperson Write down the Ring Info on their Business Card (and do be Loyal and go back to THEM!<\/strong>) along with her Correct Ring Size!<\/strong> Go to at least a Half Dozen Jewelry Stores<\/strong> and have her do the Same! Pick out all of her Favorite Rings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Then my Friend it’s all up to YOU!<\/h2>\n

        \nGo back to those Jewelry Stores later, without her<\/strong>, and really spend some time looking closer<\/strong> at the Diamond Rings. Magnifying them (With a Microscope<\/a> or a Jeweler’s Loupe<\/a>). Look at the Quality. Learn about the 4C’s<\/a>: Cut<\/a>, Color<\/a>, Clarity<\/a> and Carat Weight<\/a>.<\/p>\n

        \nPlus the most important issue of them all:<\/strong><\/p>\n
