80% of all men will tell you one thing about diamonds<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

Diamonds suck!<\/h2>\n

\nNow granted, that’s a statistic that I just made up<\/strong>, but I believe it to be true.<\/p>\n

\nMen come into the jewelry store to buy a diamond and they always have that same painful look on their face. You know, the “Get in there and buy me a diamond or else<\/strong>” look.<\/p>\n

I can understand their fear.<\/h2>\n

\nDiamonds are extremely complicated, expensive and totally foreign to them. <\/p>\n

\nWomen know jewelry; men don’t.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nMen aren’t supposed to know crazy things about prongs and bead settings and symmetry<\/a>. Bah!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dread and fear set in<\/h2>\n

\nJust about every man comes into the store filled with dread and fear. They know they’re going to spend an arm and a leg. They know the jeweler’s going to try to rip them off<\/strong>. They know they’ll choose the wrong diamond and the wrong mounting… <\/p>\n

It’s useless.<\/h2>\n

\nThey’re just going to mess it all up.<\/p>\n

\nI hear it all the time. Men would rather be working on their car, playing ball, anything other than looking into a silly little microscope at a stupid little diamond.<\/strong><\/p>\n

It’s just a rock!<\/h2>\n

To men, that diamond is nothing more than another rock in the driveway<\/strong>. But men also know that women want<\/strong> those rocks…<\/p>\n

\nThe horror begins.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nNot to mention the fact that he’ll be working for the next 2 years just to pay it off. Sigh!<\/strong> It’s no wonder why diamonds suck.<\/p>\n

\nAll that clarity and color crap is for the birds.<\/strong> Certification<\/a>, culet size<\/a>, girdle thickness<\/a>??? It goes in one ear and out the other. Can you blame them?<\/p>\n

But there is an easier way.<\/h2>\n

\nAn easier way to buy diamonds?<\/strong><\/p>\n

YES!<\/h2>\n

\nAnd you don’t have to spend a fortune doing so. <\/p>\n

\nSo men, quit pulling your hair out…<\/p>\n

\nIt can be as easy as you want it, or as tough as you make it<\/strong>. Only you can decide. <\/p>\n

\nJust know, you don’t have to spend your life’s savings on a diamond. You just buy the best diamond that you can afford (Read my book on Amazon: How to buy an engagement ring<\/a> for some great pointers on what to look for).<\/p>\n

Learn the 4 C’s:<\/h2>\n

\nNo matter what, you’re going to have to learn about the 4C’s<\/a>. There’s no way around it. You could blindly buy a diamond, but you’re sure to get something wrong<\/strong> (kicking and screaming won’t help). The 4C’s<\/a> are the difference between an ugly diamond that’s dull and dark with no shine, and a beautiful diamond that will light up her eyes in a million sparkles. <\/p>\n

It’s your choice…<\/h2>\n

\nSo suck it up buttercup.<\/strong><\/p>\n

To you, that diamond may be a rock, but to her it’s the everlasting hope for a perfect wedding<\/strong>, a wonderful marriage, and a fairy tale life<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

\nBut you know what…<\/p>\n

\nIt may be opinion that diamonds suck<\/strong>, but that’s only because there is a lot to learn and a lot to spend. Granted, it’s something that you have to do, something else you’ll have to master. Just like fixing the sink, building a shed, I’m sure you can handle a little diamond education<\/strong>, right? <\/p>\n

A little 101 is not going to kill anyone.<\/h2>\n

\nSo do diamonds really suck?<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nNo, not really! Not understanding them is what sucks.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nOnce you become knowledgeable in diamonds and see the rare beauty in them<\/strong>, you’ll grow to appreciate them a little bit more. You just have to give diamonds a chance<\/strong>. You’ll see there was nothing to be scared <\/strong>of. <\/p>\n

\nIn fact, you may even be surprised at how fascinating and interesting they are. <\/p>\n

\nPlus, a little extra effort and some learning on your part will keep you from getting ripped off as well. <\/p>\n

And that you can’t beat!<\/h2>\n

Only then will you see that it wasn’t diamonds that sucked…<\/strong><\/p>\n
