5 JEWELER’S TOOLS EVERYONE SHOULD OWN
5 TOOLS THAT EVERYONE NEEDS FOR THEIR JEWELRY

3) Jeweler’s Pliers
Jeweler’s Pliers are so, so useful… If you own any kind of chains, links, bracelets, earrings, you’ll be wanting some pliers (and you really need TWO of them, so you can grab the item and bend it back into place). You can use pliers to tighten jump rings (so you don’t lose your pendants), straighten bent earring posts, tighten the earring backs (nuts) so they’re durable again. You can readjust prongs that are bent (just be careful you don’t chip the stones though), and use pliers to hold watch pins so you can pound them back into the links. Fixing, tightening, making, realigning… Pliers are awesome! Buy your Jeweler’s Pliers HERE! And while you’re at it, grab a set of Jeweler’s Screwdrivers as well. These are necessary for unscrewing watch links, removing backs off watches, unscrewing the tiny screws that hold in batteries… Plus, you can use them on your eyeglasses and key fobs. Tiny Jeweler’s Screwdrivers are ultra-handy! :)
