Don’t Wait!
Don’t hesitate.
A lot of people like to put it off, procrastinate when it comes to buying gifts or having stuff designed. They wait until the last day or two to buy…
Or TRY to buy.
Normally there’s nothing wrong with that. You’re buying jewelry.
Congrats!
But if you’re going to personalize a piece, then you better DO IT NOW!
Because customized jewelry takes time to create.
Most items like family birthstone jewelry (with the kid’s birth months) can take anywhere from 2-3 weeks to make.
Anything that is specially designed just for you, can take much longer than expected (especially if they are carving it out of wax and you have to approve it first – that can take up to 6 weeks). If the item has specific gemstones, names, dates, navigation coordinates… It always takes longer.
Jewelry like:
- Mother’s Rings
- Family Jewelry
- Name Pendants
- Class Rings
- Custom Pieces
- Fingerprint Jewelry
- Heartbeat Jewelry
- Photo Jewelry
- Memorial Jewelry
- Engraved Jewelry
All these items take time to create.
So allow that time!
Start working on them a month or two in advance. And if all else fails, check with the jeweler, see what the actual cut-off date is (like for Mother’s Day).
Order early, because if you run in on May 12th, and decide you want a Mother’s Ring for Mother’s Day (May 13th)…
GOOD LUCK!
It’s not going to happen.
Plan accordingly!
That way you can personalize it, make it yours, one-of-a-kind, and still meet that deadline and special occasion.
Check out all these “personalized” gifts here at Jared.
You’ll Adore them!
Cheers! :)
