No More Jewelry Cleaning Solution

SERIOUSLY!

You don’t need to Invest in Jewelry Cleaning Solution EVER again!

The Liquid Recipe that you put in Jewelry Ultrasonic Cleaners is a FARCE, and NOT Necessary!

For you could Spend a lot of Money on Solutions for Nothing!

Jewelry Cleaner Solutions

And there’s no Reason for it!

Really!

Use what the Jewelry Stores USE… For we don’t Buy “Solution” for our Commercial Cleaners.

NOPE!

We use a Home-Made Remedy that Works Ideal on Diamonds, Gold, Silver and Gemstones.

What is this Secret?

MR. CLEAN!

Yep. We Dump in a Little Mr. Clean into the Ultrasonic Tank and That’s IT!

Sometimes we also add in a Squirt of Dish Soap (Like Dawn), but that’s not really Necessary.

It’s Mostly Mr. Clean

Home-Made Jewelry Cleaner Solution

Mix 1 Part Mr. Clean, with 7 Parts Water (Hot Water if you can), and that’s what the Pros use.

That will Clean your Jewelry BETTER than any $23 Bottle of Cleaner

This is What We Do…

We Pour the Mr. Clean in our Tank, Add Water (Remember HOT) and turn it on (Our Tank is Heated, so the Solution gets Really HOT).

But if you just Dump in Hot Water (like Coffee-Hot) to Begin with, then having a “Heated” Tank isn’t needed either.

It’s the Hot Water and Mr. Clean that does the Real Job!

Let It Clean!

Leave your Jewelry in the Tank for 2-20 Minutes (Depending on how Dirty it is), and Be Careful of what Gems you put in the Cleaner as well, for many Gems are Softer and Porous and Can’t take the Heat or Solution (Like Opals, Pearls, Emeralds, Tanzanite – See the Full List HERE!).

Then use a Soft Tooth Brush to Gently Dab at the Metal, Stones, Gaps and Prongs (as well as Underneath the Gems and Diamonds where Dirt Collects the MOST), and your Jewelry will Shine and Sparkle like the Day you Bought them.

So THROW your SOLUTION away!

You Don’t Need it Anymore!

Cheers! :)

  1. I can attest to that! I’ve been using this very thing for ages! It works beautifully. When I read how when jewelry in the manufacturing process is cleaned first in industrial strength ammonia solution in an ultrasonic cleaner, just before it’s finished and ready to be sold, then it just made sense that household grade cleaners, such as Mr. Clean, which is what I happened to have here, shouldn’t hurt anything I own.
Since I don’t own any of the pourous type stones on the list, then I was in safe territory. AND the hotter the water the better! Of course, not hot enough to boil, or to burn your fingers, but good hot water straight from the tap is great! I’d never try and wash my dishes in cold water, because that just wouldn’t work well, but I use a dishwasher with a booster unit in it to get the water hotter than my hot water heater supplies, so it makes sense that really hot water cleans better.
And, if you still have that jewelry cleaner that comes with the little tray and the brush, keep it! I wouldn’t even just dump the cleaner solution down the drain until it’s all used up! After all, I paid good money for it ~ why just pour it down the drain? Use it up first, until it’s got enough yukky stuff floating around in it you don’t want to use it any longer, THEN throw that out. I have a personal “thing” about throwing perfectly good product away just because something better may have come along. Just don’t buy any more of it, and if you don’t happen to own an ultrasonic cleaner, you can still use the jar, the tray and the brush!

    • Absolutely! The Hot Water really is the Secret Ingredient that most People Forget. They use Regular Tap Water and Wonder why their Jewelry isn’t getting Clean… That’s Why! :) -Richard
