Shop For Diamond Clarity Close Up

An image is worth a thousand words…

Or in the case of diamonds, it’s worth THOUSANDS!

Because diamonds are analyzed and inspected under a microscope or a 10x jeweler’s loupe, and this is the proper way to grade them.

But while these tools may come easy for experts and jewelers to use, it’s not easy for customers.

Using A Diamond Loupe Or Microscope Is Not Easy

Customers have a hard time adjusting to binoculars, they don’t know how to hold a loupe, they can’t figure out the distance between the eyes, or even what they’re looking at. It’s not simple to show them, guide them, and get people to fully adapt to the correct focal length. I mean, how many times do you really see the world through macro eyes?

Magnification is tricky, no doubt.

Big inclusions may stand out, but other smaller flaws go unnoticed. This is why shopping with clear images is better.

Close up digital images that allow you to see everything inside the stone, from any rotation.

And I’m not just talking any photographs either…

Let me show you what I mean.

Below is an image from a leading jeweler that shows a lovely diamond solitaire:

This Solitaire Diamond Is Not The Real Diamond Youd Buy

The clarity is listed as I1, the color H-I, but the image shown is not the real diamond, nor the real quality you would be buying.

These are what I1, H-I, diamonds really look like:

Big difference!

Almost all leading nationwide jewelers show you rings and diamonds that are not the real deal, they’re stock sample photographs that don’t represent the genuine item.

This is proven when you search their sites, you’ll see different rings that are duplicate images:

See all the exact same rings?

That’s no way to shop. That’s no way to buy clarity, or an engagement ring… NO!

When you’re buying a diamond, which is small, expensive, and graded under magnification, you need to see that diamond under magnification as well. It’s a must. And while a microscope or a loupe is advised, there is a better way…

Close up photographs.

Like the diamonds shown below…

You can see what you’re buying. What a concept!

Because seeing a ring like this, just won’t cut it

I3 Diamonds Do NOT Look Like This

The jeweler above is selling you an I3 diamond, and the image looks like a flawless (and lifeless) stone. Not even close!

Real photos of the real diamonds is priceless. James Allen excels in this. Their images are 20x magnified so you can see everything inside the stone. You can even spin the stone around 360°. It’s amazing.

That’s the best way to shop for clarity.

It makes buying a diamond easy, and you can compare thousands of stones side by side to choose the perfect stone for your budget.

James Allen Diamonds Close Up

No more goofing with tweezers, trying to adjust the depth perception. No more fiddling around trying to see the facets or the pavilion. No more squinting or closing one eye…

Buying close up, seeing all of the flaws, is the ideal way to diamond shop. No hassle. No effort. No worries.

So head over to James Allen here and view all of their diamonds (I usually recommend SI1, E, the most popular clarity and color combo). James Allen has unbeatable prices, and one of the biggest online retailers of loose diamonds anywhere in the world.

As you can see, an image really is worth 1,000 words.

And, like the diamonds shown below, it’s worth a lot more:
