I Never Get People!

Why do Most People WAIT until the Last 10 Days before Christmas to POWERSHOP?

They put if off all Year Long, and then at the Last Second, they Run out, Load up the Car with Gifts, Stocking Stuffers, Holiday Cards, Gift Wrap, Bows and Candy…

And some Guys (You know who you are), even Wait until 3 Hours Before the Stores Close on Christmas Eve to Begin…

That’s Cutting it Short!

And I always wonder “Why do People Wait?“

Granted, some People wait because of Pay Day, and others Wait because of Discounts and Time Off…

But you know what Happens then?

You often end up Spending MORE!!!

That’s Right. Procrastination COSTS you MORE because all the Stores and Good Deals are SOLD OUT!

Lower Priced Items are GONE, all that’s Left are the Expensive Jewelry!

“We’re Out of 1/4 Carat Diamond Studs, but we Do Have Half Carats LEFT!”

It’s all because you waited too long. Now you’ll have no choice but to get the 1/2 Carats that Cost you Double the Money…

The Inventory gets Picked Over

Prices get Higher. The Busyness of the Season is upon us…

Traffic, People, Lines at the Counter, all Because you waited until the Last 10 Days!

And every year, it seems like People put off Christmas Shopping later and later.

It used to be Busy from October on… But now (Except for Black Friday), it’s the LAST 10 Days that make the most impact in the Jewelry Industry (and Probably ANY Industry for that matter).

Are you one of those People who WAIT?

Or do you shop early, get the Selection and Deals, and Enjoy the Season?

Me, I Shop all Year round. I Buy Gifts as I see them and Stockpile until Christmas. That way, by the time the Frantic Pace begins, I’m DONE!

But that’s me. I’m a Planner.

I keep my Eyes and Ears open for Gift Ideas and what to Buy.
