THE QUICK & EASY 4C’S

LEARN THE 4C'S OF DIAMONDS FAST!

Diamond Color

Diamond color is the actual hue or body tone of the diamond. Most diamonds have some color in them, to find one “Colorless” or “Pure White” is rare.

Diamond color ranges from D color (the best), all the way down the alphabet to Z (which have lots of color).

Diamond Color Chart

The best grades are in the top 2 color ranges: D, E, F, which is “Colorless“, and G-H-I-J, which is “Near Colorless“.

All these grades will face up nice and look good. But I do suggest trying to stick with at least G-H or higher. If possible. Because when you get into whiter diamonds, especially the “Colorless” ones, you’ll get into stones that are extremely white, and will make the diamond look bigger, better, and brighter.

It’s actually Amazing!

D-E-F diamonds are breathtaking!
