I get endless Questions about Unidentified Stamps inside of Rings.
ENDLESS!
So much so that I had to literally say “I am no longer taking questions about Marks or Stamps inside the Ring“. Really, it’s pretty insane!
And even though I’ve made a long list of the Most Popular Stamps Here, it hasn’t slowed down the entries…
I still get questions daily. And I also see a ton of Questions Regarding Stamps (or Marks) in my Google Analytics. Things like:
- “ev” jewelry stamp?
- gr marking on ring?
- .3 al stamp in ring?
- m within heart arrow ring stamp?
- What does 8c89 mean stamped on Jewelry?
- Does an l stamped on a ring mean anything?
- What does 4862 mean on the inside of my ring?
- What does it mean if a ring is marked with jc?
- What does at fl-e mean on the inside of a ring?
So what I’ve did is put together a list of Stamps that need identifying. I don’t know what these mean, so I’m turning to you for help.
If you know what the true meanings are of these markings, let me know. Email me and I will add in the correct meaning. That way, we all know!
I do believe most of these are probably Manufacturer’s Stamps, Logos, or Jeweler’s Initials. Hence, a lot of these will be forever unknown.

My ring has 925 Thai At1 on what does it mean and is it real thanks
Iv got a ring and the stamp on the inside says 14k NH and the NH looks like they r connected any one on what that means

i have a 14k yellow gold tanzanite and diamond ring with NH jewlers mark in it too. the NH is connected and theres an oval around it.

I have a sterling silver jewelry set marked ATI Thailand. I think your TH is Thailand. Now the ATI?? I notice that a lot of ATI marked jewelry is also marked Mexico and not so much Thailand. I have a feeling at least the “I” is probably “International”. Have no clue on the rest.
