GROOVE SILICONE RING REVIEW

Let me start off by saying this is not a paid review.

Groove sent me 6 rings to review, good or bad, I told them I would be brutally honest (as I am with all my reviews)…

And honestly, I LOVE THEM!

So if it sounds like I’m boasting, I am, that’s how much these rings have impacted me…

The silicone ring trend started years ago with a company called QALO (I own 2 of their rings). And since then, every jewelry manufacturer in the world is making these rubber wedding bands. Many are made poorly, have jagged seams, break easily, and are extremely cheap.

They all pretty much look and feel the same. Boring styles, blended colors, nothing special…

Until now!

Enter Groove (groovelife).

When Groove reached out to me, I took a look at their website and was instantly intrigued. Their rings looked so cool and classy…

So they sent me 6 rings, which came quickly in cute metal boxes as shown below…

As soon as I opened the lid and touched a ring, I was shocked. These rings felt much different than any other silicone ring. The sides were smooth, slick (not catching on your fingers like a rubber eraser). Their rings squished like silicone, but the details and workmanship in the rings were highly impressive. Stunning. Take a peek at the rings below…

These rings felt unlike any other silicone ring on the market. They were thinner, less domed and bulky, meaning, they rested on your finger better and felt more like a real ring.

Compare Groove silicone rings to my QALO silicone rings below…

(You see how the QALO ring looks like a big color blob? No detail, no design, just a melted pool of muddy colors)

That QALO silicone ring shown above is a size 9 (so is the Groove)… But the QALO ring doesn’t fit! Their ring snugs my finger too much and feels tight and uncomfortable (Which is why I had to order a size 10 to fit me, and that feels too loose). On the other hand, the Groove silicone ring fit me like a glove. A perfect fit in fact. It felt just like a normal ring (which utterly amazed me).

Sure they do all that…

But truly, in my opinion, four things set them apart from the crowd:

• The designs are breathtaking and detailed
• They feel smooth and comfortable
• THEY FIT! No other silicone ring fits so good

Get your size…

All silicone rings come in whole sizes (no half sizes or quarters, I don’t know why), and normally I would advise a whole size larger (just because all other rings fit snugger), but Groove excels in size. They make rings that fit. And if you don’t know what size to order, use their handy free ring sizing chart shown below…

It’s ALIVE!!!

The special grooves inside their rings is what makes them more unique for one crazy reason… They breathe! That groove helps air circulate around your finger, keeping your finger dry (no rashes or irritation like other silicone rings that fit too tight would cause). So hats off to Groove for making a perfect silicone ring that fits, feels good, and looks great.

The only thing I dislike…

The one thing that I would change is the flags in their “Protector” and “America” lines. They are hard to see (same colored flag on the same colored background). The flags that have a different inlay (like white) are much easier to see (remember that if you purchase those styles).
